About 30 minutes north of Ubud Center lies a little slice of heaven on earth called the Padma Resort. Built just two years ago, Padma Resort Ubud is quickly making a name for itself as one of the nicest resorts in the Ubud area.

We were met with warm smiles and a cool breeze upon arriving to our first stop in Ubud, Omah Apik. Their staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. We dropped our bags in the main area and were given a quick tour of the grounds. Just wow. You're surrounded by lush vegetation and the property overlooks a sprawling rice terrace. You can't escape the tranquil sounds of running water (you don't want to) and there are cozy little nooks and sitting areas scattered across the grounds for guests to soak in the peaceful surroundings.
